Wellis is a technology and brand platform operated by Wellis Health LLC, 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Wellis is the patient-facing front end only.

Clinical services, where available, are provided by licensed clinicians. Medications, if prescribed, are prepared and shipped by licensed pharmacies. Wellis itself does not provide medical care, does not practice medicine, and does not prescribe medication.

Wellis is not a pharmacy, an insurer, or an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 (in the US) or your local emergency number.

3. No medical advice; eligibility

The content on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Treatment is prescribed only if appropriate, following an evaluation by a licensed clinician. Eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician — nothing on this website guarantees eligibility, a prescription, or any outcome.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Individual results vary.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is optional and free. By joining, you agree to receive email updates about Wellis and confirm that the email address you provide is yours. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Joining the waitlist does not create a patient relationship, a right to treatment, or priority for clinical services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Wellis name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Wellis Health LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Media outlets and other third parties own their respective names and logos; references do not imply endorsement unless stated.
